The original period from May 1 to May 31 has been extended to June 30.
考量美國對等關稅政策對我國經濟的影響，財政部延長綜合所得稅及營利事業所得稅申報及繳納期限，自原訂5月1日至5月31日延長至6月30日。

房屋稅2.0開徵
房屋稅2.0新制5月上路，自住房屋設籍延至6月2日
The “House Tax 2.0” will take effect in May, imposing higher tax rates on non-owner-occupied properties, such as vacant homes or those owned by multi-property owners, while reducing the tax rate for owner-occupied homes to 1%.
The deadline to establish household registration for the preferential tax rate, originally set for March 24, has been extended to June 2.
「房屋稅2.0」5月正式施行，針對非自住房屋，例如空屋、多屋族，課徵更高稅率，而自住房屋稅率則調降至1%。原本須在3月24日前設籍以享優惠稅率，現在延長至6月2日完成即可。

台鐵票價調漲
台鐵漲價，訂票自5月26日起適用新票價
Taiwan Railway Corporation (TRC) will officially raise ticket prices starting June 23. Tickets for travel on or after June 23, purchased from May 26 onward, will reflect the new pricing. For example, the fare from Taipei to Hualien will increase from NT$440 to NT$583. To ease the impact, TRC will offer real-name discounts and double reward points for residents of Hualien and Taitung.

Starting May 1, all non-Thai travelers must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) application three days before departure, providing information such as passport number, flight details, and accommodation address. Failure to do so will result in denial of entry clearance.
