文創法重罰：黃牛票最高罰50倍
2024年6月2日文化部正式實施新修正的《文化創意產業發展法》，對黃牛票的違法行為進行了明確規範。根據新法規，無論是加價轉售、綁物販售，或是以物換票等方式，只要涉及票務獲利，即屬於違法行為。對於這些不法行為，最高可處罰金，罰鍰可達票面價格的50倍，且每張票券都將單獨處罰。
