食用油恐致癌！從問題黑心油產品學商務與多益英文

根據食藥署公告，中聯油脂股份有限公司主動通報，其提供給泰山企業、福壽實業與福懋油脂使用的一批大豆沙拉油，自主檢驗時發現苯駢芘含量不符合台灣標準。該批油品批號為 315-1150404 、製造日期為 2026 年 4 月 4 日、有效日期為 2026 年 9 月 30 日；檢出的苯駢芘含量為 8.1 μg/kg ，高於食用油脂限量標準 2.0 μg/kg 的四倍之多。這批問題油品後續流向三家下游業者：

• 福懋油脂：約 588 公噸
• 福壽實業：約 421 公噸
• 泰山企業：約 291 公噸

這一批有食安疑慮的食用油總量約 1,300 公噸，這些廠商已將原料分裝成至少 15 至 18 款市售產品，並流入量販店與餐廳，目前食藥署後續也要求第一層產品全面下架，並針對使用受影響大豆沙拉油製成的調和油或特定加工產品、擴大預防性下架，避免有更多的食用油被不知情的民眾吃下肚。

為什麼這些食用油可能致癌？

前面有提到，由於這些食用油中的苯駢芘 (英文： Benzo[a]pyrene, BaP) 含量超標，其中苯駢芘屬於多環芳香烴 (英文： Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, PAHs) 的一種，並非人工刻意添加的化學物，可能會在大豆等原料進行高溫烘焙、焙炒或工業乾燥加工時，因有機物不完全燃燒而產生的副產物。長期攝入此類物質會顯著提高罹患消化道癌症（如胃癌、大腸癌）的風險。此外，專家也警告，若餐飲業者或家庭重複使用回鍋油，油脂在反覆高溫加熱下也會發生劇烈氧化，自行產生相同的致癌化合物。

後續影響與避免產生致癌物質的方法

衛福部食藥署後續已下令全面回收苯駢芘超標得所有問題油品，未超標的食用油業者也必須揭露自家品牌的苯駢芘含量，但不強制下架；中聯油脂目前也已遭勒令停止生產，並配合檢調釐清苯駢芘超標是原料汙染還是製程異常所致。整起案件已進入司法調查，食藥署也要求全台四大食用油大廠加強檢驗，未來每一批進口黃豆或每批生產都須確實檢測苯駢芘。這起事件也讓人聯想到 2014 年台灣的「黑心地溝油事件」——同樣是食用油安全危機，只是這次的汙染物不同、規模也不同。如果民眾想尋找更安全、能降低癌症風險的替代方案，綜合國內營養師與食安專家也建議，挑選健康油品可以遵從兩大核心關鍵：「適材適用」與「分散風險」。 下表為大家整理適合日常烹調的防癌安心油品清單，提供給大家參考：

• 高溫油炸 / 烘烤：酪梨油、精煉蔬菜油等

1. Issue a recall 發布召回命令
   Recall 在 TOEIC 測驗裡非常常見，可以當名詞，也可以當動詞。TOEIC 常考的是 “issue a recall” 、 “product recall” 、 “recall notice” 這幾個搭配。如果文章主題是商品瑕疵、食品安全、汽車零件、電子產品故障，都很容易看到 “recall” 。
   • The company issued a recall of several cooking oil products.
     該公司發布數款食用油產品的召回通知。
   • All affected products must be recalled by Friday.
     所有受影響產品必須在週五前回收。
2. Remove products from shelves 將商品下架
   「下架」英文不會直接說 “put down”，而是常用：”remove products from shelves”(將商品從貨架上移除) 或 “pull products from shelves”(將商品下架)。這種句型很常出現在多益考試第七部分的公告或公司通知中，尤其是 “supermarket” 、 “retailer” 、 “manufacturer” 、 “supplier” 等相關的文章。
   • Retailers were instructed to remove the affected products from shelves immediately.
     零售商被要求立即將受影響產品下架。
3. Comply with regulations 遵守法規
   “Comply with” 是 TOEIC 超高頻片語，意思是「遵守、符合」。TOEIC 常考重點是介系詞：”comply with + 規定 / 法規 / 標準”，千萬不要寫成 “comply to” 。
   • Food manufacturers must comply with safety regulations.
     食品製造商必須遵守安全法規。

   名詞則是 compliance：

   • The company introduced new procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
     該公司導入新流程，以確保符合食品安全標準。
4. Conduct an inspection 進行稽查
   TOEIC 裡只要出現政府機關、工廠、餐廳、飯店、辦公室，都可能考 inspection。
   • Health officials conducted an inspection at the factory.
     衛生官員到工廠進行稽查。

   相關常見商用英文單字還有：

   • inspector：稽查員
   • inspection report：稽查報告
   • routine inspection：例行檢查

5. Exceed the legal limit 超過法定上限
   “Exceed” 是及物動詞，後面可以直接接受詞，不需要加介系詞 “to”；另外也要注意，中文常說「超標四倍」，英文不一定要直翻成 “exceed by four times”。比較自然也比較精準的寫法是：
   • The level exceeded the legal limit by 6.1 μg/kg.
     該含量超過法定上限 6.1 μg/kg。

   或是：

   • The BaP level was more than four times the legal limit.
     苯駢芘含量是法定上限的四倍以上。

新聞英文常見文法：被動語態與過去完成式

1. 英文被動語態在新聞英文的應用
   新聞報導和公司公告很常使用被動語態，因為重點通常是「產品被發現有問題」、「商品被下架」、「工廠被要求停工」，不一定強調誰做了這個動作。在 TOEIC 考試中，被動常考的是 be 動詞與過去分詞 (V p.p.) 的搭配，例如
   • was found
   • were distributed
   • has been suspended
   • must be recalled
   • should be inspected

   常見句型如下：

   • The oil was found to be contaminated.
     該油品被發現受到污染。
   • The affected products were removed from shelves.
     受影響產品已被下架。
   • Production has been suspended until further notice.

2. 英文過去完成式在多益測驗的考點
   如果一件事情發生在另一件過去事件之前，TOEIC 常會考過去完成式。
   • The oil had been distributed before the issue was discovered.
     在問題被發現前，該油品已經被配送出去。

   這裡的時間順序是：「1. 油品已經配送出去；2. 問題後來才被發現」，並且兩者都是在過去發生的事件，所以前者要用 “had been distributed” 最為合適。
