Daniel: I try to, but things can get out of control easily. How to get a balanced diet is really a lifelong issue.

Daniel: Good, a great start. This sounds feasible. I just have to change the sequence of what I eat. I have had my carbohydrates first since always.
Archi: Second, minimize the distractions and practice mindful eating. It can help you increase satisfaction and to be more aware of when you are full. Last but not least, drink enough water!
Daniel: Wow, have you been doing these all the time? No wonder you are always so slim!
Archi: I try my best to keep myself in shape. After all, everyone only has one body.
