凱特：真的嗎？為什麼？
Lucy: Last year, Taiwan received NT$450 billion in surplus taxes. President Tsai Ing-wen said that at least part of NT$180 billion in surplus funds would be allocated to the public. Next, Premier Su Tseng-chang announced that each Taiwanese citizen will get NT$6,000 cash payments.
露西：台灣去年稅收超徵新台幣4500億元。總統蔡英文說至少會將1800億新台幣盈餘分配給民眾。然後，行政院長蘇貞昌宣布每位台灣公民將獲得新台幣6000元現金。
