Kate: Chinese Valentine’s Day? I only know about Valentine’s Day.
凱特：七夕情人節？我只知道西洋情人節。

Lucy: Chinese Valentine’s Day is celebrated on July 7th of the lunar calendar, and it comes from the romantic tale of two lovers called the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl who can only come together once a year.
露西：七夕情人節是在農曆七月七日慶祝，它源自牛郎織女這兩位戀人一年只能相聚一次的浪漫神話。

Kate: Why can’t they meet each other at other times of the year?
凱特：為何他們不能在一年之間的其他時間相見？

Lucy: The Queen Mother of the West created the Milky Way to separate them. Fortunately, the magpies were moved by the couple’s love, so they made the Magpie Bridge to let them meet each other. Finally, the Queen Mother of the West allowed the couple to meet only once a year—on July 7.
露西：王母娘娘創造了銀河使他們分離。幸運的是，喜鵲被這對戀人的愛情感動，所以搭建鵲橋讓他們相見。最終，王母娘娘允許這對戀人在每年七月七日見面一次。
