Cindy：Since the Taiwan Railway is dissatisfied with the decision that was made by MOTC, negotiations break down.
由於台灣鐵路對交通部做出的決定不滿意，所以導致談判破裂。
Tina：Are there any alternative transportation？
有沒有其他的轉運供人們使用？
Cindy：Yes, there is a so-called “semi-train” that the MOTC provides.
是的，MOTC提供了一個「類火車」的功能。
Tina：Then…what is “semi-train”？
那…什麼事「類火車」？
Cindy：It’s actually shuttle buses and the ticket price is the same as trains but it will take me at least 7 hours to Taitung.
它實際上就是公車只是價格與火車相同，但至少需要我7個小時才能到達台東。
Tina：Oh…Okay. Sounds like canceling the trip may be a wise decision for you.
